● Complimentary 1 hour consultation in person or virtual

● Unlimited virtual support once my services are booked(text, call, email)

● 2 prenatal visits, 2 hours each to prepare for labor and center your emotional well being

● Continuous on call support beginning at 37 weeks during labor, birth, and immediate

postpartum

● 2 postpartum visits, 2 hours each to support you in adjusting to your new role

Why Are You a Doula?

I have been fascinated by birth for as long as I can remember. My younger sibling was born

when I was nearly 3 and I have fuzzy memories of replaying the events over and over again in

my mind. How on earth could my mother and her big belly have left our home in the middle of

the night and returned with a tiny baby? As I grew up and more women around me had babies,

the magic and mystery remained. I’ve found that the more I seek to learn about birth, the more

magical and mysterious it continues to become. In a world where many women leave their birth

experiences feeling traumatized and unheard, the empowering birth of my daughter further

solidified my calling to birth work. I believe in reclaiming childbirth as a rite of passage because

birth is often the most significant somatic experience of our lives. My goal is to provide you with

knowledge and support to confidently make informed decisions about your pregnancy and birth.
